Cranberry, Almond & Pumpkin Seed Clusters

  1. Melt a block of dark chocolate in the microwave.
  2. Break up the buckwheat cakes into a large bowl.
  3. Add the roughly chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds and cranberries.
  4. Pour in the melted chocolate.
  5. Combine everything well.
  6. Pop in the freezer for at least 30min.
  7. Enjoy!


Speedy Cheese, Onion & Spinach Pizzas

  1. Cover each Buckwheat Cake with a spoonful of pizza sauce.
  2. Top with cheese, onions, chopped up spinach and/ or any other topping you love.
  3. Pop under the grill until cheese has melted and starts to turn golden.
