Peanut Butter Balls
Ball centers
2 cups cashews
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp peanut butter
12 medjool dates
Mix cashews in food processor on high until fine. Add other ingredients and blend until combined. Roll into 22 balls and freeze for 30 mins.
Choc Coating
4 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup cacao powder
4 tbsp honey
pinch salt
Put bowl over a pot of hot water, and melt all ingredients together. Dip frozen balls into chocolate and set aside on a lined baking tray. Dot tops with small blob of peanut butter. Place back in freezer for 15 minutes until chocolate is set.
