Returns & Refund Policy

At the Wholefood Pantry Palm Beach we endeavour to supply you with products that will reach you in the best possible condition.

We will only provide accept responsibility for errors that have occurred at our end or if the product has a defect. In these circumstances we will offer either a refund or replacement shipped at our expense.

Products we send are not refrigerated. We do not pack products in dry ice or polystyrene. Whilst we will make an effort to protect heat-sensitive items there is no guarantee that once your order has left our premises that it will stay in a cool environment.

We currently use Fastway Couriers to deliver orders. Fastway services are not covered by any insurance. Once your order has been scanned has left our premises The Wholefood Pantry and Fastway will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred in transit.

Please place your order carefully. If you have changed your mind on products you have already ordered we are happy to consider refunding you for the products. Return of these products will be at your expense. Products returned must be in original condition and unopened.

Refunds will be made by refunding to the credit card used for purchase.

If you have chosen to pick your order up from us at The Wholefood Pantry we will notify you by email when it is ready to collect. If you would prefer us to call you, please leave your phone number in the comments box at the checkout.

We will endeaveour to pack your order promptly after your order has been received. It most cases it will be ready the same day, depending on what time you placed your order.
