Pumpkin Donuts

Pumpkin Donuts

We serve these delicious gluten free Pumpkin Donuts in our cafe. For this recipe you will need a donut mould.


4 cups almond meal

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

 1 ½ tsp nutmeg

1 ½ mixed spice

2 tsp bicarb soda

2 cups cooked pumpkin

½ cup coconut oil

½ cup maple syrup

4 eggs

Blend all ingredients in blender. Oil moulds very well (otherwise donuts will stick). Fill with mixture and bake 200 degrees for 17mins.


2 tblsp coconut oil

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tblsp maple syrup

1 tblsp almond butter

Mix in saucepan til blended. Pour over top of donuts.
