Ceres Organics – Freekeh 400g

Ceres Organics Freekeh is made from young, green wheat.  It’s roasted and the tough outer husk is removed, leaving the part-roasted kernel. This process allows the raw wheat’s nutrients to be retained. Freekeh is high in dietary fibre and is slowly digested by the body. Freekeh has a firm texture. A great alternative grain.
