The Carob Kitchen farm is located in Port Elliot, South Australia and is the oldest organic carob operation in the country.

Carob is a nutrient rich food. It’s high in calcium and antioxidants. 99.9% fat free. Cholesterol free.

Ingredients: Milk solids, cocoa butter, organically grown carob powder (25.5%), natural vanilla extract, emulsifier (GMO-free sunflower lecithin), pure essential peppermint oil.
